Largest dinosaur footprint site discovered
Researchers have discovered the largest dinosaur footprint site in the UK, dating back 166 million years to the Middle Jurassic period. The footprints, found along the Yorkshire coast, provide evidence of various species, including giant carnivores and long-necked herbivores, revealing more about the ecosystem during that time.
The site includes over 50 well-preserved tracks, some measuring over three feet in diameter.
